People loitering in the parking lot all through the night. No updates comforters in the smoking room, the comforter had holes in it and was ultra thin. The area is nice but the people aren’t. I had to keep checking my key in at the front desk because you need the key for everything and it constantly goes out. It’s so much activity going on , you don’t know if it’ll be the safest hotel with all of the motels/hotels being busted for trafficking and unalivings. The setup seems very sketchy.

2/5 Stars This location could use some attention. The bed and pillows were both uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room itself was acceptable, but there wasn't much else that stood out in a positive way. The only staff member I interacted with wasn't rude or hostile, but they gave the impression of doing the absolute minimum. The interaction was transactional rather than welcoming, and you could tell they weren't particularly happy to be there. The shower was a bit of a mixed experience. My wife appreciated the lower shower head since it made it easy to avoid getting her hair wet. As someone who is 6 feet tall, though, having the shower head at about chest height made for a pretty awkward shower. Despite the clearly posted "No Smoking" signs, there was a noticeable smell of smoke, so it didn't seem like the policy was being enforced very well. One thing I did genuinely like was the QR code for room service. It was convenient, easy to use, and a nice modern touch. Overall, it wasn't the worst motel I've stayed in, but between the uncomfortable bed, the smoking issue, and the lackluster service, I don't see myself choosing this location again.

Checked-in late at night, but the staff was readily available to assist us, which is not always the case at some places. Props to them on this one. The room did not have a microwave or a fridge, but there was a microwave next to the ice machines, which is a great effort to make up for it. The TV options were slim, but we made it work.

The AC rattled very badly that I didnt turn it on as much as possible. Then the outside of the property had the typical garbage, and it was not maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful.

I was forced to vacate the unit due to credible death threats made against me by an occupant living next door. The property manager was notified of the situation. Prior to my departure, the neighboring occupant physically assaulted both me and my service dog. Due to concerns for my safety and wellbeing, I had no choice but to leave the premises

There was poop on the ceiling. A plastic baggy was tied around the smoke detector. The entire hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Really unfortunate that I had to stay because there wasn’t a cancellation and the front desk person was rude
