The room was very clean and had everything needed during a trip, however the heater was not working properly and room was very cold even thought a technician tried to fix it

Holiday Inn Chicago Dwtn - The Mart by IHG
Hotel and staff were great. Wifi wasn't good. TV in room was definitely wirelessly connected and kept freezing. Rooms were nice. Pool was great. Wifi is only complaint.
