The staff was fantastic at check in, got up to our room and the door would not unlock I had to put my whole body into it. Finally got in the room and realized the deadbolt was not going in and the door was sticking. After the maintenance man came up we spent almost half an hour messing with the door ...

DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago - Magnificent Mile
My family and I had a great stay! Friendly reception, greeted with warm cookies and water upon arrival. Room was nice and quiet. Enjoyed breakfast at hotel in the morning (not included, extra charge). Location is just a few blocks to magnificent mile. Overall great stay!

Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
Our stay at the RIU exceeded our expectations within the hotel! Only downside was that it didn’t have a parking garage. Although the parking across the street wasn’t bad at all.
