Staff was very accommodating letting us in to their office well-before the check-in time so we could drop off our backpacks.
We always looked forward to getting back to our hotel room after roaming around in Rome all day! Strong A/C was amaaaazing!
On the 4th floor, though, so a bit of a hike up if the elevator is occupied. But all worth it when you get inside as the A/C will cool you up fast!โ
โIt is just 5min from the station, and near the Trevi! However, I would rather tell that it is not Hotel, but like Inn as named as.
Reception is hard to meet and get help within the day due to the close hour 7pm to 10am.
The cleaning fee per day and late fee - every 2hrs - will be added around 20euros per day.
But the recptionist is so kind, if you can communicate with them, and the condition of rm and bath rm is fine.โ
"If you want a safe and quick walk from Termini Station, I recommend this hotel. Exit toward the McDonaldโs side, where there are always soldiers and police around, then itโs just one street in. Thereโs even a bodyguard in front of the hotel, which made us feel very secure.
The room wasnโt too small, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the shower wasnโt well sealed at the corners, so some water leaked outโjust a minor inconvenience.
The breakfast was satisfying, the smart TV was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
