โBeautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700sโ

โA really nice place with a great host. The room was spacious and in perfect condition. Nothing was missing. The host was very kind and attentive. The place has no private parking. There is a public parking right in front of the building for 80ct./hour. The beach is at 7min walking distance and it is beautiful.โ
โSuper lovely property, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast In the lobby was good. We had a nice large balcony. Super easy walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Lots of places closed on Sunday evenings but a 20 minute walk we found some places.
Housekeeping was kind and did a great job, they brought us a clothes dryer when they saw us drying clothes in the bathroom.
Free parking onsite.
Only complaint is the double bed was two singles pushed together, comfortable as long as you...
โOttima struttura! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per spezzare il viaggio in Puglia sia all'andata che al ritorno. Parchegggio di fronte all'hotel comodo illuminato e videosorvegliato.Camere spaziose e pulite, il letto king size una vera chicca! Colazione varia sia dolce che salata con torte artigianali molto buone. ร presente anche un ristorante con piatti tipici marchigiani super! Consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi.โ
