โBeautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700sโ
โA really nice place with a great host. The room was spacious and in perfect condition. Nothing was missing. The host was very kind and attentive. The place has no private parking. There is a public parking right in front of the building for 80ct./hour. The beach is at 7min walking distance and it is beautiful.โ

Si rileva solo una certa difficoltร a reperire un parcheggio nei pressi dell'Albergo poichรฉ sono pochi gli stalli riservati ai clienti e quei pochi risultano spesso occupati.โ

โLovely boutique hotel, perched on top of a hill. The surrounding garden and adjacent chappel make it special. They offer charging for electric vehicles which we took advantage of. โ
