"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. "We arrive to Fukuoka airport too late to catch the last train home so we booked this hotel. Even though we arrived late, there was someone available to help us check in. The room, although small, was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. There was even a combination washer/dryer in the room. In the lobby, there is a coffee machine and guest can select amenties such as tea or bathing towels as needed for the room. Unlike other hotels in the chain, there were no bath salts offered but that is a very minor comment."
