From check in to check out, every Paradox employee was very responsive to requests, with smiles all around. You can feel the energy of the staff. They really enjoy their service to visitors, which reflects the respect and support they receive from the top down. Impressive! Will definitely be back :)

Every single part of our experience at the Pacific Rim was truly wonderful! We stayed for a total of 3 nights at this hotel and had booked the Deluxe two Queen Bed Room! If we can give one advice, it’s that we definitely recommend a stay here. The staff, the hotel, and every other detail was carefully articulated. As you went past workers, each person said a polite “Hi/ How are you” increasing engagement and creating a welcoming environment. The restaurants, the hotel area, and all features inside were beautifully arranged, ensuring comfort and convenience. As per the rooms, every detail was so well thought. There was proper water, coffee, and other amenities obviously available and they were restocked immediately when needed! The hotel also has a messaging service where you can text hotel guest services for anything you may need, any questions you may have, or other details. This is available at anytime, 24/7! The staff is also very kind when providing anything extra for comfort. We had requested a blanket around 2:30 in the morning, and it was delivered almost immediately! Anytime we also needed extra coffee mugs or water, staff was always available to provide it. Furthermore, the rooms were very clean and well furnished to have the latest facilities. Overall, our stay was absolutely exquisite. From the rooms to the overall hotel, we will for sure be staying here every-time we return to Vancouver!

They assisted my son into finding a room that was paid for on Expedia and yet when he arrived there were no room available.

Excellent and convenient location for anyone visiting Vancouver. Located at Canada place which is the main tourist hub so many services available like taxis and shuttles to activities nearby.

The property was good, however getting worn and it showed in our room. When we pay $1000.00/night, everything should be fresh and new. The phone was also out when I tried to call the Vallet for our car. Staff were wonderful and we had a lovely stay. We will be back. Thank you.
