"The hotel was so beautiful and for a great price. Sulma in the restaurant was the nicest waitress I’ve met in El Salvador! Luis and Camila went above and beyond when I felt the ac wasn’t functioning correctly and fixed it right away. They were Beyond nice and helpful with anything we needed. They deserve a raise or at least some recognition! There’s no doubt why this hotel has such a great rating I would definitely recommend staying here. The landscape is amazing and the staff is the best I will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for the excellent service"

"The location was great and the staff was wonderful, helpful and very friendly for the most part. We had to be moved to another room because there was a lingering smell of wet rag in the original room. When we moved to the next room, the smell was even stronger but we didn’t want to be a burden. The infinity pool was great and has an amazing view of the beach where you can see all the surfers doing their thing. Our biggest issue was in the water of our rooms. We noticed that the water was not clean…it would come out brown/yellow from both the bathroom sink and shower which freaked us out when we started using it but stopped immediately and avoided using it altogether. When I addressed it to the front desk, she apologized and said it has something to do with the chemicals to clean the plants or something…I hope we don’t get sick from it.."

"It was an excellent stay. We stayed in standard room for about a week with the kids to enjoy the city. We were next to La Gran Villa, which included plenty of restaurants and stores. We were also close to other malls and many of the tourist sites to be seen in San Salvador. It is very easy to get to the tourist sites from the hotel via Uber. The stay itself was great thanks to the staff. Everyone is very attentive and efficient."
