Chilton Polden, Bridgwater hotel rooms at the Premier Inn

"Was clean and staff nice and helpful. What ruined it for us was the wifi. Absolutely horrendous speed for a hotel. Not even 1MB of speed. "

"We were a little disappointed about the location. It really was not walkable to the downtown area. The restaurant next door told us that we needed a reservation to eat there from the hotel...and they never asked us about where we wanted to eat. The worst thing was that the hot water was STUCK on scalding and we could not adjust it...so the shower was worthless to us and dangerous at that. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. "

"This is a corporate hotel in a city, there is nothing special about it. The restaurant is mediocre but the people are really nice. Hotels.com is WRONG they don’t have king beds. I would not stay here again. You have to pay for parking and walk about a block, no loading zone in front of the hotel. "
