The staff were very professional and when I was shown my room on the first floor (travelling alone) I asked for something higher up and was given a lovely quiet room on the 5th floor with a view. The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date.
