"Hotel is located in a great walkable community. The desk staff took about 10 minutes to show up for my check in after another member of staff told them I was waiting. The room was adequate but the topsheets were ripped and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Valet parking through electronic notification still took almost 28 minutes to get my car and not because it was in the system, it was because I complained. when the car was brought around, I was handed my keys and told the car was up the street and i could find it. Open space right in front of the door. Expensive price and the negatives outweighing the positives, I would say there are other better options. Oh yeah they had cookies at the desk but you get charged up the wazoo for everything else. Will not stay again!"

"Air Conditioning was working excellent; lake view was amazing. the only thing is the sheets and pillow case. they were dirty (like old rusting metal that was wash with it). I asked for it be changes but it was not until I met the housekeeping supervisor Romona. she was excellent and got my pillowcases and bed sheets change immediately. I enjoy my stay especially the walking distance to Applebee's. which had excellent food. my only recommendations are to check the room and inspect the pillowcases, bed sheet before renting to anyone or the person check in."

"The room was not clean and smelled of cigarettes, although I requested a non smoking room. The bedding had cigarette burns all over the top and inside of the comforter, and the room generally was in poor condition ( dirty walls, rusted pipes, broken bathroom door, damaged mirror). Also, the shower only ran cold water. At 7 am this morning another guest started knocking and banging on my door. I didn't answer, but this was also another disturbance in my stay at this hotel. I would not stay here again. "

"I give this location 2 stars. The GM was very rude when I politely asked if we could check in early. Not the standard, I’m sorry but your room isn’t available yet. Just a brush off like he couldn’t be bothered. Booked through Expedia, the hotel charged me 5.99 for “Data Service” after the trip, but no mention when I checked in."

"Great breakfast. Great coffee. Room was clean but well worn. Curtains were worn and did not close all the way. Very good A/C. Keurig machine was broken but coffee in lobby was excellent. TV was small but channels were good. Parking was easy and seemed safe. Friendly staff."
