"The staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. But the room was not worth the money. Glass sliding window could not be locked and it was a minor security threat. Tap on the bathroom sink was loose. The white mat on bathroom floor was dirty and someone had kept it folded just not to show the stains. Breakfast buffet is inr 350 and some items were not very fresh, could improve. Overall still good, but there's room to grow. Would go again if nearby...

"Completely Dissatisfied, the reason I booked this Service apartment is because it was newly constructed and opened. I booked a single room for my parents, they lend us a room within an apartment which is already occupied by someone else, We had to share the hall, and no access to kitchen and Zero privacy.
