"Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh flowers, which is usually expected in this type of room, was missing. The QR code for ordering food from the room did not work and showed a “page not found” error. Some areas of the room also felt outdated, with a few items appearing broken, rusty, or worn. The bedroom could also benefit from modernization, especially as there was nowhere convenient to charge a phone. In addition, there appeared to be a water leak under one of the bathroom sinks, as we found a wet towel with a stain on it. The hotel has strong potential, and some areas provide excellent service, especially the spa. However, in other areas, the service felt less warm and not as service-oriented as expected for a hotel of this level."

"Absolutely fabulous stay with our 2 year old at Sani. It was our first time and we had already booked for next year (at Sani Club) before we left. We loved all the pools and the dine around programme that gave us access to more than 20 excellent restaurants. Nice room at Sani Beach but will benefit from the renovation planned for winter 2026. In the meantime, the other 4 hotels at the resort are top notch!"

"Overall experience was good. I would reconsider the background music by the pool and beach bar. 1) Change playlists more regularly. 2) Allows for some "silent" hours with no music. 3) The area with the blue sofas should NOT have music at all during the day. Allowing people to have nice and quiet rest, with only the sound of the water features. 4) cheese cake should be provided after lunch/dinner and during snack time, not just for breakfast. :P 5) On the website there is mention about water activities BUT we couldn't find any info on the premises and the staff didn't know. "

"Property was ok, not worth $250 per night though. What made it worse is that the AC wasnt working properly. It was very difficult to sleep in the heat, and the manager had nothing but excuses, such as We cant get a repairman to come look at it because no one will show up for only one unit. Or in his estimated opinion, he said that the ac will possibly cool down to 24 C if you leave ot on all day. I doubt it cooled down to 24C, but even if it can reach that low, its too hot to sleep. A proper working AC should not take all day to possibly hit 24C. This wasnt a good experience at all for me. "
