"My stay was very pleasant. When I arrived at Puerto Madryn airport I was notified that my car rental was canceled. I called the hotel up and within 15 minutes they had someone to pick me up. My room was ready and had the refrigerator stocked with ham, cheese, eggs, condiments and beverages. The cabinets had coffee and tea. All I needed for breakfast and lunch. "Overall a good stay. The hotel was right in the centre, very close to rand the bus station and restaurants. The staff were very accomodating: we arrived early one day and would have left before breakfast the next so they let us have breakfast on check in day rather than check out. The decor is a bit old fashioned, but beds were comfortable. Clean sheets and good towels. The room carpets are the only exception and could be a bit cleaner. Clean bathroom with good toiletries.
