"Good location to where we were going (Tusculum University). The physical facility was very run-down and could use a thorough cleaning. There were essentially no amenities except a television with no premium channels. The toilet in the room did not work, the shower was suffering from a feeble stream, the smokers threw their cigarette butts everywhere, and no one cleaned them up. "Front door was locked when I arrived to check in they didn’t use the night check-in window. Had to knock on the door and wait for somebody to walk around and unlock the door to fill in to check in. Shower didn’t work had to return to the hotel after leaving in the morning to complain, because the front door was still locked,and they basically laughed at me"
