"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. "The location and hotel were fantastic. We didn't much care for the breakfast as it was missing some essential meat items and very heavy on bread. They had eggs but it just wasn't the best so we went out for breakfast the second day. The hotel is beautiful, well situated and has three pools but there's no bar area and I don't think they sell any alcohol so we ended up next door at Livingstones alot"
