"This was a wonderful Hotel. The rooms are amazingly spacious, and very well maintained. The view is wonderful, and there is a walking bridge that connects to a wonderful park. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast selection is great, and well worth adding it to your stay. I would recommend this Hotel without any reservations."
"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. "Room with full lake view offers a broad water and island view. Resort is quiet during winter season. But the boat service still runs despite only a handful of guests using it. Room nicely decorated except the cheap looking and ill-matched floor. Overall a nice stay. "

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My room was immaculate and very comfortable, featuring excellent amenities. The private balcony with a panoramic view of the lake was the highlight, perfect for relaxation and soaking in the beauty of the surroundings.
