โMy family and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at the Palazzo. Diana and Francesco were incredibly helpful and informative about the area and restaurants. The service provided by all the staff (including the lovely two ladies at breakfast) was exceptional. We would return in an instant!โ
โOur space was like a palatial home, surrounded by a sumptuous garden. It was made warm and inviting by Luisa, our host. Who worked to discover what we really liked and then sought to provide it.โ
โI booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one personโs rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. โ

โPrenotato all'ultimo istante, sono rimasto molto colpito dall'insieme: la struttura e' nuova e pulitissima, comoda per chi arriva in treno poiche' e' a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni ed a 10 minuti massimo dal centro storico di Lecce. La colazione all'italiana e' preparata con molta cura ed il mitico Alessandro e' un proprietario molto cortese e disponibile.

โThe staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance โ
