“Chambre agréable et correctement équipée. Proche du centre historique (zone à accès limité) pour explorer Lecce à pieds mais avec des possibilités de parking dans le quartier. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et le confort des lieux. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais pratique. Et surtout Aldo vous accueille chaleureusement et est disponible pour vous renseigner. Précision utile : l'accès se fait par un escalier un peu raide et étroit.”

“The owner was fabulous with helping us navigate our stay and the staff was great. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool was great. Centrally located to everything we needed. We got lucky with parking but parking is an issue throughout Italy. It would be nice to have air conditioning because we couldn't keep the windows open due to foot traffic noise. great price point and lovely room. bathroom was large enough for two people to get ready. we really liked it.”

“The best location you can get in Lecce. Steps from the centro historico, quiet even though it's on a relatively busy street, with easy, gated parking right in front of the Dimora. A beautiful old converted mansion. The breakfasts were tasty, plentiful, and the service was great. If you like staying in a city center, this is a great choice, and with the easy parking, coming and going is a snap. The room wasn't large, but it had a lovely balcony and was bright and airy. We'll stay there again.”

The one downside, and it isn't a small one - the parking in Lecce is really difficult especially during busier times of the day/week, and because of the ZTL you have to carry your luggage from outside the historic center to the building, and up about three flights of stairs. “This was the worst experience I have ever had. The car pulled up in front of a garage with no indication there was a hotel inside the building. We found an elevator at the back with no signage indicating there was a hotel or where the hotel was located. Once we found the floor the hotel was on we could not enter as the door was locked. We finally got the hotel clerk on the intercom who tried to tell us how to enter, but we could not understand him until several tries. He would not come to the...
