โBest hotel I have ever stayed! Staff members were very friendly and hotel rooms were just gorgious. Breakfast was also very delicious. I strongly recommend to stay there.โ
โThe property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The bar staff...
โSo clean and spacious in a loft setting. There is a whole kitchen set up in the living room that separates the master and the living room with the bathroom in between. A great NOLA experience that is super walkable. Coffee shop also downstairs to get the morning started. Easy in and out with access codes.โ
โWonderful! It was one of the best hotels i've been to. Such a lovely building, very well maintained and nicely decorated-- couldn't look for more! Service was great the restaurants and bars were great--โ
โStaying at the Eliza Jane was one of the best hotel experience ever. The hotel is stunning and feels like a beautifully designed home. The staff was so accommodating. Thank you to all the staff. My husband and I have decided when we are in NO we will only stay at the Eliza Jane. โ
โFront Desk is open for 24 hours unlike other hotels in the area. They are kind and attentive. It is in a convenient location within 30 minutes walks to French quarter and Jackson Square. โ
โThe staff was friendly and helpful, we met to the CEO. He lead by example, there was an issue with my card, he assured me that we could take care of it the next day. The bank was closed and he said I trust you, he knew we had been on the road for about 7 hours, tired. He told us to go and enjoy dinner and we would take of of pร ying for our stay. I will stay there again.โ
