โSo clean and spacious in a loft setting. There is a whole kitchen set up in the living room that separates the master and the living room with the bathroom in between. A great NOLA experience that is super walkable. Coffee shop also downstairs to get the morning started. Easy in and out with access codes.โ
โThe property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. "I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The room was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the person in charge made sure everything was well-managed. However, there were a few issues.
The towels were dirty, with strong disinfectant smell, and some stains didnโt seem to be fully removed. The heater control was dirty, and the hairdryer was old with the handle patched up with tissue, making it hard to use. There was also coffee available, but sometimes there were no coffee cups. On the last day, the drain was clogged with hair, and I had to fix it myself since the water wasnโt draining.
While the service was generally good, these maintenance issues should be addressed for a more comfortable stay."
