โA vintage style hotel set in 1920โs era, yet it has all the facilities of a modern hotel! The staff, roof top bar and the surrounding area are just amazing! โ
โThe staff at the hotel were very friendly. We arrived at the airport early on the first day and arrived at the hotel very early in the morning before check-in time and they were considerate for us to take a shower in an empty room and we were also served breakfast. During our stay at the hotel, the service of the staff was very friendly. The size of the room was large enough and the cleaning condition was good. The restaurant had a great view and the breakfast was very delicious. The dinner was...
โIt is a historic hotel. Also there is a netflix drama about this hotel, so make sure you watch it before staying here!! May not be the fancy five star hotel in the west, but it has concierge, resturant, hamami, and cafes. No lounge for suite guests was a sad point, but overall an interesting hotel with a story. You can walk out and see so much things to do near taksim sq.โ
โExcellent stay in the Penthouse Apartment for 5 nights. Comfy beds, excellent showers/bathrooms and great air con. Very good location for getting around and near to some great bars and restaurants. 24 hour manned reception and they loaned us an Istanbulkart to load money onto for getting around on all transport.โ
โLoved the property. Area was excellent, staff friendly and accessible. They provided transportation from and to the airport. ACs didnโt work; they came and fixed one, the other one they were not able to repair, gave us a fan. โ
โMy family and I all had rooms here because we were in town for my wedding. Great stay, customer service was perfect - except I will say when we tried to go the rooftop on the left side of the building the front desk man was having a power trip which was very odd as we not only had multiple rooms on the property but also a 30 person reservation at cecconiโs on the same premises so a power trip and attitude was comedic. Hotel guests are allowed there keep that in mind. Everyone else however was...
