"Perfect for a short break and perhaps longer stay in Palermo city center!!! Near by Museo Nazionale and Teatro Massimo… Very busy and great location!!! The host did absolutely all she could to accommodate my reservation requests! Room was great and clean for a couple and a solo traveller…. "Great location for walking to everything you need to walk to in the city. Lots of activity around the site. Great views of the Teatro Massimo. great room"

"Staff were very helpful. Was in a very central location to shopping and restaurants"

"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."

"Poor breakfast Small, barely useable bathroom Water is in the mini- bar This is barely a 3 star hotel The staff when they were around( not fully manned) were nice"
