“This place is just barely holding on. None of the ice machines worked, there were guests sitting in the hallway due to multiple people (MULTIPLE) staying in the rooms, I think they were permanent. No breakfast. If I would have known all these things in advance I would have paid more and stayed somewhere else.”

Management could do a little bit of improving the maintenance around the property walls/doors and rusty lamps.
The pool was super clean and yes I would recommend this place it’s convenient to (15 miles downtown Savannah, Pooler, GA’s outlet mall, and 25 miles from Coligny Beach)”
“This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. ”
“This hotel is located right before the intercoastal bridge, making it somewhat difficult to get in and out off due to the high volume of traffic during peak hours. Most of the housekeeping staff spoke very little English, making communication somewhat difficult. We were not aware that housekeeping was only done during the morning.
