Circolo Tennis Cervia is well-equipped to welcome tennis players of every ability and preference. Courses for beginners, different surfaces and covered courts aim to serve the breadth of tennis players who may want a game when visiting the town of Cervia. Come for lessons to improve your forehand or simply book a court for a competitive game among friends.
Play on courts that have been used for international competitions. The grounds were established in 1974 and have since hosted events such as the Davis Cup and the Avis Masters competition.
Take your pick from the available courts, with 13 spread across the complex. Most of the courts are clay, but you can also play on synthetic clay and on synthetic grass, to help you learn on different surfaces. Several of the courts are lit and many are covered, to allow for play in different weather conditions.
Join one of the training courses to hone your skills. Child-friendly lessons, competitions for younger players and adult courses are all available within the club. Choose whether you want to attend your course 1, 2 or 3 nights a week.
Come back in July to watch the VIP Master competition, an immensely popular event featuring famous faces from around the world. Watch as racing drivers, royal family members and other cultural figures come to try their hand at competitive tennis.
The site also includes the FBI (Fitness Best Innovation) Center, which houses a popular gym. Stay behind after your tennis match to use the equipment here and get a full workout. Grab a bite to eat at the on-site restaurant to restore some of your expended energy.
Visit Circolo Tennis Cervia on any day throughout the year. Covered and illuminated courts allow the venue to stay open long into the evening. The courts are located in Milano Marittima, about 10 minutes from the Cervia-Milano Marittima station by car. Drive here and use the on-site parking or use the bus service to get to one of the nearby stops.
