โGreat check in with very warm welcome. The location is perfect and the hotel very attractive and comfortable. Our bed was comfortable and the room exactly as expected. The wash basin in the bathroom is stylish but irritating - we didnโt like it! It was very quiet in our room despite being just below the roof bar and having a view of the ocean. โThe hotel is nice , our terrace faced the ocean and was quite large. Restaurants, shops, and he beach are nearby and walkable . Parking was right around the corner .โ

We wanted to send a quick note to mention that Elliottโs and Loraineโs help with getting our room earlier, making it easy with the luggage and late check out - all of this made the vacation in Biaritz extremely amazing.
The Palmito suite with the terrace also made a difference - we C spent time in warm weather reading, having a glass of wine, enjoying morning coffee.
Friendly staff made us feel always welcome.
