"Staff was one of petty, especially the person who checked me in. Noise travels through the building and if you are on a high floor over the weekend.l, you hear the rooftop bar’s music till 130 AM."

"Excellent stay - modern, clean hotel with helpful staff close to Mission Ballroom so it was perfect for our one night getaway to Denver for dinner and a show!"

"The location was good for walking downtown close to the Ball Arena and Coors field. Breakfast was a plus saved money not having to buy one meal a day while we were there. Only thing was the ice bucket in our room was not cleaned and had hidden trash in it which was gross. Staff helped immediately and found us another bucket and put ice it in for us before bringing it to our room. Would also prefer to be able to control the room temperature ourselves instead of calling down to adjust, it was getting a little hot but we ended up leaving the room for the day so we just left it alone. Would stay again in the future."

"Everything was wonderful, except two things that are very minor that could have made my stay even better. Better tasting coffee and coffee machine in the room. A small microwave would have been nice for food that we don’t finish at local restaurants. And the refrigerator temperature was too warm to really keep things properly cold. Other than those things, everything was superb especially the shower. It was strong, mighty, and it was hot. You get five stars just for the shower alone!"
