“On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city...

“The place was very clean, the staf was excellent I really mean it, the breakfast was like a lunch after you eat it. The water was warm and cool. The price is very high though. The only thing was that certain days in the shower warm water was giving noise like the pipe was going to burst. I will definitely stay there again”

“El baño es muy pequeño. Me encanto mucho porque solo iba a dormir. Staff es super. Los Amo y vuelvo otra vez”

“Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.”

“El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía demasiado calor en el cuarto , el roof top lo cerraron a las 12 am y no a las 3 am como dicen en el hotel , tampoco informan que estaban haciendo arreglos de mampostería desde las 7 am , la recepcionista no tiene buen servicio al público”

“I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and truly accommodating. Sergio (the head chef) went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. I had some dietary restrictions and he was super helpful in meeting all my needing, even offering some off-menu items and all my meals were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lotto hotel and I'll be repeating my stay soon.”

“A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. ”
