"I recently stayed there with my dad and brother. The location is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Christel the concierge was super helpful and the restaurant is pretty good. The best part about casa del alma is the free underground parking since it’s extremely difficult to find parking around downtown San Cristobal. Great experience! "

"I had an issue with the number of towels provided , we were 6 and we were only given 3 towels. Hotel staff expected us to “share” and after a long conversation and contacting Expedia agents they reluctantly agreed to give me 2 more. "

"This is a nice, clean, no frills hotel, the staff are very nice and courteous, the rooms are decent sized and the bed is comfy and clean. The only complaint is our room’s window (connected to lobby/hallway) would not lock, this was only a minor inconvenience as the staff was trustworthy and the hotel doors were closed-up at night."
