El hotel esta muy bien, sus servicios son muy completos y la estancia en general es fabulosa! descanso y comodidad son caracteristicas que distinguen a la propiedad. It was a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Villa Mercedes. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable—a wonderful restaurant on the premises where we enjoyed dinner and breakfast accompanied by excellent service. The hotel staff was great, although they were unaware of Expedia's VIP access - in any case, they were friendly & accommodating and offered us free drinks. We plan to stay here again.
