“There's nothing to really like,except it was less expensive than other hotels in area - supposed to be a balcony room, it wasn't. Continental breakfast was gross- some staff friendly ,others rude and obnoxious- would pay a little extra to stay at better hotel - would not go back , the reviews l read warned me , but had to find out on my own - I'll trust the reviews next time”

“This is my second year going for a week & I seriously cannot say anything but great things about this place. From check in to check out it was great. Breakfast was great at hotel- Blueberry Pancakes, maple syrup coffee & hubby had eggs Benny! Firepit at night was good if you are missing a good s'more! Happy Clam restaurant right up road with great food & bar next door for after dinner & music! Adam & Mohammed were awesome at hotel & Tynea & Jenn, Corrina at bar were fun!”

“The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The exterior of building was not as well maintained as it could be. The location was very convenient to the town of Rockland which is what we wanted. And the town of Rockland’s Lobster Festival was outstanding!”
