"I forfeited a 7 day upon arrival to actually see the full room.Bed bugs, slick loose flooring , broken glass all over the bath area, leaking faucets pests crawling in and out the space underneath the door, broken light fixtures…Just a TERRIBLE hotel/ suite/studio whatever they advertise it as ! AVOID! No return on my deposit either!"

"I was given a king suite on the top floor of the second building. The stairs up to it were rickety and when I opened the door to the room bugs scattered. The floors hadn't been cleaned and there were live and dead bugs in the bathroom as well. I asked for a different room and it was in the other building. It was better, but there were still a few roaches and the ceiling was dropping bits of plaster."
