"Everything went well until the breakfast. There was a huge group that took up the whole breakfast area and it was just mass chaos, no room to sit and a huge line with people cutting in line, no organization. No coffee either. My husband and I ended up leaving and buying our own breakfast somewhere else. The group should have been put in the conference room area instead."

"No hair dryer. No iron. No facial tissues. Smoke detector was in a drawer in the bedside table, not on the wall. Bottom of shower curtain was dirty. Pillow case was dirty. Toilet made a loud clunking sound everytime you sat on it. Faucet in sink moved around. Toilet paper in the bathroom was very hard to reach. We did not eat the breakfast."
