"I have mixed feelings about this location. The staff were barely visible, and the unit was in need of some upgrading. To be fair, I chose the older suites but there was a few lamps that literally looked like they had been burned! The unit itself was spacious and had nice windows. It was well-equipped. The plumbing was a little faulty at times as well. What I appreciated about the location was the views of the bay and the bed was very comfortable!"

"We really enjoyed the location, staff, food, and service, but the bed was horrible, outdated steel frame, squeaky every time you turned, and a veryuncomfortable mattress. We were told from our friends they had the same issue with their bed, the hotel should update their beds, also staff did not put out fresh fruit for the prepaid breakfast and we always had to ask"

"The 1 bedroom suite was perfect in that it was well stocked in the kitchen, offered everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was very modern, clean and luxurious. A couple of things to note. The tv screens were not well placed; could not watch TV without straining your neck as the TV sets were mounted very high. The lighting in the kitchen was also very dark. We expected to be able to walk to restaurants or grocery stores. Everything was 15 mins walk or a short 3 mins drive.there is a Co Op grocery store that is 3 mins drive away which supplied snacks and dinner. Skip the dishes delivery was also not available. We ordered dinner for take out at Currents, the restaurant which had great fish but the french fries could be improved. The resort also had food bowls, treats and a dog bed for our furry one which was wonderful. If you wanted "Full Service" more than once every 5 days, you need to inform the desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this resort if you are looking to treat yourself."

"A great beachside location is the main feature of this hotel. Our room as clean and had a good view of the beach although obscured by trees and another of the building which was a little disappointing. Staff weren’t really too bothered when we spoke to them, only offering a penthouse for our second night at a higher fee. My husband enjoyed his dinner but mine was disappointing for the price paid. The beach bistro is nice for drinks and snacks with lovely firepits and comfortable chairs overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was good at a cost. The hot tub was tucked away in a not so nice location so we didn’t use it."
