"It was SO convenient to seeing the concert at the stadium, everything was in walking distance. The restaurant attached to the hotel was outstanding. The whole town did an awesome job preparing for a concert of that magnitude. Hotels, restaurants and bars all seemed well staffed and prepared"

"We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning. I don’t want this poor fellow to lose his employment, but I don’t think this hotel should be listed on Expedia."

"Dirty bathroom Dusty lamps No phone plug in upgrades One big towel in bathroom Could not pay cash for room service so had to go downstairs to get the food after I had already settled in for the night after driving 9 hours. Hotel phone in room didn’t work. Had to call from my phone to ask about any kind of amenity help. Then I was put on hold for 10 mins. Had to call back to get any help. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this stay. I really thought I’d be in good hands with the Hilton name. I was wrong. "

"This was the cutest little bed and breakfast in Gainesville, Fl. The home was comfortable and the rooms were large and had everything I needed. I didn’t hear any of my neighbors. The property is laid out well and all the staff were incredibly nice and informative. Breakfast was good and a decent set of options. I would definitely stay again. "
