"In a busy location, outside not so nice, but inside was very nice and clean."

"Overall I would recommend Robinson Rancheria as place to stay, except for the House Keeping staff and the communication between the Front Desk and HK staff. Twice we coordinated with the Front Desk for services and twice we were confronted by the House Keeping team because they did not communicate. This is one of those location you need to ask for House Keeping service. We missed the first day and I requested for our 2&3rd day. The 2nd day nothing and when I went to request at the Front Desk...

"The floors in the room was filthy with dirt. It showed free breakfast with the picture of it just to be told no more breakfast anymore and asked if I got the email about it. I said I did not get that email. The pool was filthy and could not swim in it. We asked for a refund for the second night. We did receive the refund after calling Expedia."

"PROS: the parking lot was cleaned and well maintained. Upon arrival to the lobby, we were greeted. The lobby area was clean, smelled good, but very sparse. The guest room was clean. The bedding was clean and smelled clean. It was sparcely decorated but up to date. There is a restaurant right next door and a gas station with snacks, drinks etc if needed. CONS: The bed was too firm. The sink was too low and I'm only 5'1". The paint of the bathtub and surrounding wall were peeling. There...
