“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”

“A pleasant one night stay in Bristol to see the hot air balloon fiesta. Used Tesco club card partner through hotels.com so that softened the price. I wouldn’t have paid £170 to stay for a night, but ballon fiesta is a busy time so guess it’s supply and demand. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. “Stay was very good. Room was on the second floor. Very quiet except for selfish and inconsiderate guests allowing their doors to slam late at night. Room, shared areas and restaurant were all very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Free parking. We would stay again. Well done.”

"체크인하고 냉장실에 있는 물을 마시려고했는데, 물병이 새것이 아님을 이미 알고있었지만(5성급이 아니니까), 물병이 이미 너무 더러웠음. 5성급 서비스를 원하는것은 아니지만, 그래도 기본적인 위생도 지켜지지않는게 충격이었음. 물병 뚜껑 안쪽에 온갖 이물질이 끼어있었음. 바쓰 도시는 매우아름다운데, 다시온다면 머물지 않을것임"
