"The staf was amazing. Very friendly. The elevator was not in operation and I dont like carrying things, so they accommodated us with a 1st floor room. They were very pet friendly and even had treats and welcome pets avaliable to the pup. "

"This was a nice hotel. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice in the morning with hot items and yoghurt and oatmeal and fruit and waffles. We were able to enjoy the pool even though it was quite cold. Very spacious. Our room did look over the freeway, but if you turn the bathroom fan on, it masks, the noise."

"Desk staff was very helpful and checked us in early. Our room was immaculate with a nice view of the water (24 th floor) the stadium was a quick walk to access. Pool was heated and nice but over crowded due to the holiday weekend. The restaurant waitress was so rude for lunch but food was delicious. Property was very clean. Would stay here again if came back to Cleveland. "

"Like the courtyard even though some construction tape was up. It was a great space for us to play games instead of being cramped in our rooms. The rooms were nice and clean overall. I was not to fond of the elevator not having any air as it took a while for it to get to each floor. On those hot days, that was rough. "
