"We stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday, we booked a king size bed with a sofa bed. In reservation I included the fact that we would be traveling with our children and their ages, as requested. We arrived at our room and noticed there wasn’t any linens for the sofa bed for our two very young kids. I tried calling front desk 3 times and the line kept getting picked up & disconnected. I notified the front desk person when we were heading out to our activities on Saturday early after noon, shortly after check in, that we would need linens as there wasn’t any in the room. They assured me there would be linen set ready by the time we returned and to just stop back. We returned and Amber the manager on duty suggested “I could have them sleep on the bare mattress, lay a towel down, or go to the store and buy our own sheet set” since the hotel didn’t have anymore and she didn’t have time to go “dig something up”. Later during our exchange she threatened to kick myself and my family out and ban us from the hotel because I was simply asking for sheets for one of the beds in the room that I had booked weeks ahead. Amber was cold, rude, disrespectful and lacked basic customer service skills."
