"It’s a little hard to find the hotel. The front entrance is on a walking street. The parking entrance is on a one way street (Calle 7). The area seems a little more sketchy than you expect, but it’s safe, and the staff are very helpful."

Breakfast was excellent and we were really disappointed to miss it on the second day due to an early collection. Big room, nice soaps. We got a bit of noise from the Aircon fans but earplugs masked this fine"

At checkout February 1, they did the same thing and said I should receive it on the following Tuesday, February 3. I never received my refund. I sent them a WhatsApp text on February 11 and till today they never responded nor gave me my refund of $118.52."
