The hotel is physically located in the historical district, easy walking distance to key tourist hot spots. Issues with hotel room, each day was an adventure to get in the room, sometimes 2 or 3 visits was needed to get in my room, every time I took a shower, the fire alarm was being activated, loose hinge screws on primary room closet door, issue with toilet flushing water level, it needed me to add 2-3 liters of water in order not to get the sewer smell in the bathroom.

Everything was great, however a bar was advertised but the bar was only open for special occasions. We had a junior suite with 2 bedrooms. A suite implies a “sitting area” but the room was just a bathroom, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Nowhere to “hang out”. The parking was really nice and easy to get your car whenever you needed it.

They overcharged me and when I tried to resolve, they kept writing my card details and email down saying the accountant will process it at checkout. At checkout February 1, they did the same thing and said I should receive it on the following Tuesday, February 3. I never received my refund. I sent them a WhatsApp text on February 11 and till today they never responded nor gave me my refund of $118.52.

Room 506 -- King size bed with headboard not attached. Not attached to the bed or the wall. End table on one side of the bed only. Cheap as heck HVAC. When the temperature rises and the digital thermostat triggers the a.c.it sounds like the inside of a wind tunnel. Couldn't the hotel have afforded an a.c.system with graduated/adjustable fan speeds? And the room key card needs to be inserted in a receptacle by the door to permit the lights to work. Really?

I had called tthe hotel to confirm my 8 day reservation in the Presidential Suite 2 days prior, and the hotel front desk confirmed it. Also told them that my flight did not arrive until 8: 40 p.m. and confirmed a late check in. On arrival at the hotel, I was told the Suite was occupied, and they gave me a lame excuse that someone else had booked it through Expedia two days after I did, and had arrived earlier. Truth is they re-sold it for more money and gave me a smaller room no refund.

would have given a better rating, but the covid test that I scheduled ahead of time was somehow lost in the shuffle, as well as my pre-booked ride to the airport. Other than that, I would stay again. Great location and the Belford Suite was perfect for us!

It took over an hour to check in because they had no record of my reservation from expedia. After talking directly with expedia they were able to check me in and gave me a room upgrade. The room itself was very clean and inviting.

La suite junior nous a bien plu!

Emplacement idéal. Parking gratuit voiturier super efficace pour les jeu de taquin. Appartement avec 2 chambres idéal en famille. Très calme malgré l emplacement. Juste un problème à l accueil hôtel. Com n aurait selon la réceptionniste pas communiquer qu on était 3. Il a fallu montrer la preuve. Cela crée un doute sur le sérieux de l établissement où celui d’hôtel. Com. Dommage .

The hotel is located in the heart of the city where everything is at your door. The room was extremely big with a king bed. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that was not was the shower head. The water pressure was strong but the shower head was terrible and with the pressure, the water pinched my skin. Not comfortable. Besides that, everything was great!
