“Highlight of our trip! Beautiful hotel, amazing art collection on all the walls, great bar with excellent food (also the best dining of our weeks in Ireland), numerous comfortable lounges and outdoor areas to sit and walk…. I hope we’ll return”

“Breakfast served on bone china wear! It was beautiful! It was delicious! Mr. Diamond really welcomed us and gave us a walk through on how to use the facilities (we are from the states) and was apt to offer dinner and music options for us to enjoy! 10/10! The view is beautiful and the stay is warm, welcome, and personal.”

“Clean, nicely located. Very good breakfast. Nice bar”

“Quelle belle expérience dans ce château! Nous avons tout adoré du début à la fin. Le personnel est aux petits soins, l'endroit est magnifique et le lit est d'un confort incroyable. La soirée prosecco avec le propriétaire était vraiment conviviale, très agréable. La nourriture est délicieuse. Et que dire de Forla, l'oiseau du château, trop mignonne.”

“Great location for road tripping. Food was good, rooms comfortable and staff friendly”

“My husband choose this hotel & won hands down ( we take it in turn choosing hotels to stay in while visiting southern Ireland ) I lost the night before . The moment we arrived we felt we were just not a room number they had filled our room was amazing . Hotel is situated just outside the town so was lovely & quiet food was beautifully served can't praise it enough .”

“Amazing place, amazing service.”

“The hotel is clean and comfortable. The lower rating is due to the behaviour/lack of communication by one of the receptionists. I’m not sure we would stay here again.”

“We had a nice large room with a bathtub which was quite nice. Geo large beds as well. However the cold water faucet did not work in our bathroom. The bathroom door also did not close and latch. The door was pretty beaten up at the bottom as well. Just needs some maintenance. I wanted to use the pool but the blaring music in the gym was a turn off for me doing that. The breakfast was ok. They said here were hot food options to get made to order but no one who waited on us even offered or told...

“The room was fine and the setting peaceful, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows super flat. Also no cold water in the shower??? The breakfast was good.”

“I honestly would give this a 3.5 rating instead of a 4, but it wasn't an option. This hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very dated. The furniture is worn and tired. The baseboards, doors, and carpets are dented or torn. The upsides to the hotel are the restaurant and bar are great. The food, drinks and staff were all wonderful. I would not stay here again until they've updated the rooms.”

“The room was beautiful and well appointed, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast outstanding!!”
