โHotel was great! Staff amazing. Had a few issues with getting our room serviced. Had to keep asking front desk for clean towels. Told front desk Tuesday evening we would be gone (with our dog) for at least 14 hours on Wednesday starting at 5:30am and to service our room. Even had tag on door stating so. Return Wednesday evening and our room was STILL not serviced. Finally serviced on Thursday with fresh sheets and towels.
Breakfast is not as expected for $7. Two tiny waffles and a 1/2...
โThe continental breakfast waffles were great! Everything was fully stocked. The bed was also great. The pillows were a little on the small side. Housekeeping was very helpful. Loved the pool!โ
โOutstanding ocean front hotel! However, there is virtually no beach area even at low tide. Sand bags make it very difficult getting to the beach. โ
โIn the 25 plus years I have been staying in OBX this place has had the most comfortable beds EVER! And I have been in motels, hotels, rental houses through companies as well as Vrbo and such. Walkable to the beach and restaurants were nice as well.โ
โThe cabin was a perfect place to go to sleep after staying out all day on the beach. Close to Fat Boys for ice cream and some of our favorite restaurants. Although advertised as โsoundproof wallsโ our experience was otherwise, could definitely hear our neighbors very clearly through the walls. No complaints, would stay there again with my wife on another long weekend on the Outer Banks!!โ
โMy ten year old son and I came to Kure Beach for a last minute before school trip. The room was a little bit dirty (hair in the shower and sand in the floor) but nothing I couldn't overlook. The beds were super comfy and it was perfect for just the two of us! We will definitely be back! :)โ
โHotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean. Central location to everything whether it is the beach, the stores, or downtown, you are less than 20 min to all. only thing i would say was one of the front desk staff women at night was not friendly at all upon arrival which was kind of disappointing but other than that, the rest of the staff was very pleasant. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone coming to Wilmington !โ
โBed was good, pillows way to soft , room was spacious, had king bed so it was lovely. Bathroom wasnโt clean the best. But staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was small but good. Overall a 4/5 only because of the bathroom. But will definitely be back itโs also in a good location โ
