“대체로 괜찮습니다 다만 화장실이 너무 지저분하고 침실이 냄새가 나는 점은 고쳐야겠네요”

“I thought that price included all the fees and taxes. End up paying extra $50 in all different taxes. Also rooms need to be better sound proof. I heard everything that was going on in the room next door, could not sleep well.”

“Construction outside that was very noisy. very noisy hallways in the middle of the night, and other guest were very loud. We were able to hear everything. There was a smell in the hallways and in our room, one elevator was broken, other one had a crack in the floor that staff told us not to stand on, only one employee working and was unable to bring new amenities to the room.”

“The staff was very courteous and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was welcoming.”

“The wifi sucked. It constantly disconnected and had to be reconnected. The wifi was unsecured so my phone security had to block a phishing attempt. The staff was polite. The room was clean & quiet.”

“Our stay at Silver Lake was wonderful, Hanna & John were perfect hosts and have done a great job with renovating both the hotel and The Jolly Roger! The room was spacious and well appointed with all needs met. The newly added rockers and side tables on the porch were enjoyable and the resort Bicycles made getting around a fun experience.”

“Ease of check-in process. Extremely friendly staff members. Overall presentation of property”
