"The staff is wonderful but the room was terrible. It had a weird funk, yellow stains on the pull out mattress, toilets don't flush, and the tub didn't drain well."

"Breakfast would have been fine but they had pancakes without syrup. The pool chlorine was so strong that multiple people were coughing. Finally the big ticker, one night the fire alarm went off 4-6 times from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You can't sleep through high blinking lights and a screaming alarm."

"The room was clean and the staff was great. The AC in our room wasn’t working the best. The window unit wasn’t communicating with the wall control so when we got to the room it was 75 degrees. It took all night to get down to 70 even though we had the wall unit set to 66 and the fan on. "

"Very expensive for this level of hotel, it’s all location. The hotel and specifically the rooms are starting to show the wear and tear of almost a decade of The Battery. "

"This was the perfect spot just outside of the battery! The staff members were very kind and super helpful. My only minor complaint was we ended up with the last available room which was handicap accessible on the 1st floor(room 108, the only room on the 1st floor) and the water pressure in the shower wasn't that great but saying that, it wasn't a game changer. I'd do it again."
