โI have loved this hotel for over 60 years, as we stayef at the then-Sevilla hotel in 1960!
The staff is superb--Evelyn runs a beautiful place that's gotten even better over the years! The rooms are understated, but elegant, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great, and I had an incredible shower! Daniel and Robert were as warm and gracious as always--I've knoโ
โBig suite with two balconies and really high ceilings for about $800 a night. I thought it was a great deal. Easy walk to the charming village and its restaurants. Convenient to the baseball park and to Miami proper.โ
โWhen I arrived, it is a beautiful hotel! Housekeeping needs to be more watchful on how they are cleaning the rooms. They cleaned my bathroom but not the bathroom floor. Left hair all over the floor. But beautiful property with fantastic swimming pool. Just it to be more of a fragrance hotel like the renaissance hotel brand.โ
โThe only thing I qualify as completely SHAMEFUL is the โContinentalโ breakfast!!! There was almost nothing to eat. Just Coffee, muffins and yogurts. Where are the pancakes? Milk? Scrambled eggs? Sausages? Orange juice? Fruits? Only one Orange I saw in the basket. It is ridiculous! In others hotels in Miami they offered all that as Continental breakfast. And it was 8.15amโ
โI was really taken back by the complete efficiency and courteous staff, especially the bell and housekeeping staff were outstanding. When I see employees on the lower level work so hard with such kindness that reflects on really good management. Keep it up!โ
