This the only true HOTEL in Powell. Needs some updating however it was a comfortable 2-night stay. Reasonably priced vs. staying in Cody.

The front desk clerk was not accommodating at all. Had to book multiple rooms throughout our stay instead of having just one room. Front desk made us check out at 11am, pack up our bags to check back in at 3pm to a different room. Wanted to shorten our 6 night stay to 4 nights and was told that wasn’t an option

Management worst than ever experienced. Switched our room after first 2 days to accommodate his friends and then charge us extra for new room. Advertised breakfast don't exist. Hotel and surroundings dirty and very poor management. Talk their native language in front of guests to talk about their guests. Confirmed by google translate.

The front desk employee is really rude and unfriendly. He should just quit if he doesn’t like his job. Terrible breakfast. I ask the same rude guy at front desk about waffles. He looks at me mad and said 5 minutes. After more than 5 minutes he showed up grab an old container of waffles butter out in the fridge almost 1/4 full left. Serve it to us. 😢
