"The 2 bedroom house was great. I have to be honest at 1st i thought it was a little sketchy, since i booked through 1 motel and when i called to confirm they couldn't find my reservation at 1st but eventually did. Then i was told i had to check in at a different motel to get the key to the house. It all ended up working out and the guy was super nice the house was very clean and everything was great just no washer or dryer i like to wash my clothes before going home so i don't have to do a bunch of laundry right after i get home. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows where great not flat. Full kitchen was great gas stove full size fridge. I would definitely book again. "

"It seems that the Cloud 9 co has given up on the Seaside Hghts, NJ inn. There was no toilet paper. No bar soap, just shampoo packets for everything. Nothing in the five drawers (not even a bible, no napkins of any kind, no TV/cable instruction booklet), except, a package of a single dose of Narcan, which makes me think their usual clientele are of a particular type. There was a loud growling dog in the neighboring room. The Wifi was out, and the TV remote wouldn't change the volume. An old cheese sandwich in a plastic bag was in the fridge. I had to clean the toilet seat -- which was old and seemed to be chipping. There were hairs in the shower. MOST OF ALL -- I called the front desk and even the off-site manager about the most immediate problems, but NO ONE ever came to deliver TP or address anything else -- I had to go downstairs myself in the morning. There was an old broken refrigerator & microwave on the ground level near the stairs, and the pool was not covered & had dirty leaves and things in it. The one positive: the king bed was comfortable. I really think I should have gotten some money back. It was the cheapest room available on Trivago (the after-tax total was about $75), but the condition and service was below even very cheap expectations. I really wanted a nice getaway for the night, and it was just awful. The next day when I was trying to reach a human to lodge my comments, I could only reach AI. I would warn anyone to steer clear of it, & all Cloud 9s"

"Check in was complicated as desk clerk spoke broken English. He was unable to answer questions. “Come back in the morning” was standard response. Basic stripped down, no frills motel. Stayed three nights and maid service never once cleaned up the room. Office door locked at 10:00 a.m. when we checked out. Bed was very comfortable. Clean room."
