"Booked this hotel because my flight was lat night wanted rest for 6 hours. Left a request note that I paid for over night stay but only stay 6 hours early check in if it’s available. When I arrived, it was 1PM a lady at the reception unpleasantly looked at me said check in is 2PM come back in an hour. I explained, if early check in is possible that I am only staying for 6hours.
