"We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating. "

"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. "This property is clearly not at its best during what we discovered only after we arrived as their "off-season." The restaurant was closed, even though we were told it would be open during the weekend. It was difficult to find anything fully open. Our thoughts about our stay were compounded by very cool, very wet, and very overcast weather conditions. We do not recommend visiting this area after mid-September!"

"What a magnificent hotel! I think I fell in love with it. There are so many hotels that are identical and very forgettable, this hotel most definitely is not. "We have stayed here several times as it is a perfect dog friendly hotel. We pay for a room with a patio which is great for the dogs. The area is ideal for walkers and the scenery is spectacular. The town of Torla is unique with beautiful buildings, well worth exploring."
